About Worx
Worx is the tool brand of the Positec group and, with the Landroid line, it did for robotic mowers what Orbit did for smart controllers: bring features once reserved for professional models down to an accessible price. In the 500–700 m² segment Landroid has for years been among the best-selling models in European big-box retail.
Its distinguishing trait is modularity: the Landroid platform accepts optional add-ons — ultrasonic anti-collision sensor, GPS anti-theft kit, edge-cutting module — that you only buy if you actually need them. The Vision series then introduced camera navigation with AI grass recognition, which removes the perimeter wire entirely.
It is the pragmatic choice for an average residential garden where budget matters: build quality sits a step below Husqvarna, but the ratio between area covered and price is among the best on the market. On very irregular lawns or steep slopes it is worth moving up a category.
